Gourmet Spreads for Gourmet Appetizers

They have two completely new spreads that will really excite your palate: Fire Roasted Mediterranean Vegetable Spread and Hot Pepper Sour Cherry Ginger Spread. They are also re-introducing three top selling current spreads that they have reformulated and perfected: Artichoke & Aged Parmesan Spread, Balsamic Caramelized Onion Spread and Smoky Fig & Roasted Garlic Spread. These all natural, gluten free and kosher spreads offer incredible taste and convenience to enhance any dish. They are also introducing a “Limited Edition” Red Velvet Sauce seasonal dip that is the perfect sweet addition for the upcoming holidays.

New Spreads
Fire Roasted Mediterranean Vegetable Spread
Fire roasted eggplant, red peppers, sweet onions, feta and salty capers are blended with tart vinegar to create this delectable spread. It can be served with crackers or baguettes for a quick appetizer. Perfect as a dip for vegetables. Also great as a condiment on sandwiches.

Hot Pepper Sour Cherry Ginger Spread
Tart, sour cherries are blended with spicy ginger and a touch of crushed red peppers creating a lingering heat for this sweet spread. Blend this spread with cream cheese to make a cheese ball. Top oven-baked brie or place a dollop on a cracker with goat cheese.

New & Improved Spreads
Artichoke & Aged Parmesan Spread
Artichokes are blended with salty, aged parmesan cheese and tart lemons for a creamier, chunky spread. Use this spread on toasted baguettes or toss with pasta salad. Also try as a base for homemade pizza with grilled chicken.

Balsamic Caramelized Onion Spread
Caramelized onions along with the newly added sweet onions mix beautifully with a splash of balsamic vinegar to create a chunky onion spread with a slight finish of heat. This spread is a perfect pairing with meat, cheese or a toasted baguette appetizer. Also try it as a base for a goat cheese pizza.

Smoky Fig & Roasted Garlic Spread
Chunks of sweet figs have been added along with blending bold roasted garlic and a subtle onion flavor for a delicious, smoky flavored spread. This spread will create a tasty appetizer with toasted crostini and Gorgonzola cheese. Also makes a great topping for baked Brie. Baste chicken or pork for a delicious meal.

New “Limited Edition” Seasonal Dip
Red Velvet Sauce
Our rich, delicious Red Velvet Sauce is our unique variation on the classic cake. Prepared in small batches using chocolate liquor, pure vanilla and honey, this decadent sauce elevates any dessert. This sauce is excellent drizzled over ice cream, brownies or cheesecake. Try it warm as a quick fondue style dip for fresh fruit and pound cake.

To help introduce these new products, culinary chefs will provide cooking demonstrations at the Fancy Food Show.
