iPal Interactive Learning Creates Propriety Instructional Design Maturity Model

OTTAWA, August 2012 (Virtual Press Office) -

August 2012, Aftera year of unsuccessful attempts to locate a methodology that could help transform content into an effective e-learning program, iPaldecided to createit’s own called the IDDM for short. This‘Instructional Design Maturity Model’ ensures seamless connectivity between Instructional Design Processes, Instructional Design Systems and Instructional Design Capabilities. In other words, the IDMM is an important refinement to the process an organization would go through in creating an e-learning course. The development process and the way iPal approaches e-learning is focused around the use of the IDMM and successfully capturing the learning outcomes set forth by the client. Transforming the outcomes into lessons that provide an engaging and rich learning environment is the primary focus of iPal’s development methodology.

From a high-level development perspective, iPal’s methodology makes the process of building an e-learning solution effortless. They start by defining the client’s requirements. Next they gather the content. Then they create course scripts, and break the scripts into storyboard lessons. Then they perform the script narrations. Each one of these milestones comes with a series of design and development interfaces for templates, avatars, learning activities, assessments, and animations. In the final stages of the process,iPal integrates all elements into an authoring tool, perform extensive testing, and finally set up the course within the Learning Management System. As you can see, every step of developing an e-learning solution is taken with great care and with a keen eye for detail. Throughout the methodology, iPal educates the client on the importance of each step and provides an understanding of everything that is involved.

Everything about iPal’s e-learning solutions is based on being innovative and original; being the first in the industry to create the solutions they do. iPal has addressed the e-learning market by defining the process of creating e-learning solutions in a very fragmented industry. While some companies offer e-learning tools, but little guidance on how to use the tools, iPal does the opposite by walking their clients through each step, explaining the reasons behind the design, processes and methodology thereby instilling a sense of confidence and reassuring the client that they are getting the best e-learning solution the industry has to offer.
